Honestly I'm appalled

Honestly I'm appalled. I visited the Gynae Dr L Kriel for a check up on my symptoms in September to which he diagnosed me with Endometriosis, he prescribed me such a strong treatment for it, when I told him on Whatsapp that my symptoms were getting worse 3 months later, he sent me back a new script ON WHATSAPP without calling me in for a check up and prescribed me a contraceptive pill that has nothing to do with my diagnosis. Maybe I'm wrong but should you be putting the heavy stuff first without doing due diligence just to test your theories? I will never be going to this hospital ever again because if they are able to employ one sloppy doctor then they do not care about peoples lives.
