Hit and Run

On the 16th of October I was driving my boyfriends(Size Mthethwa) car in Richard's Bay, as I stationary waiting to safely turn left I was rammed in the rear by a netcare 911 vehicle. I then parked in the nearby parking and was followed by the netcare 911 vehicle. I had to calm my 6 year old son down and check if he was okay then I exited the car to talk to the driver who just rammed into me. I got her name, Zama Mbongwa, her excuse was that "she thought I had turned already, she didn't see that I was still there". I took pictures of both cars as did she, we exchanged numbers, (or so I thought as the number she gave me turned out to be her work number), she told me her place of work, I waited a few minutes but had to rush my son to school . I called her an hour later and she informed me that she was at the police station and had handed over my details to her superiors and would be contacted if they needed more details. On the 19th of October I called her again and was then told that the number she gave me was her work number and I should call the following day as she was not in. The Tuesday she called me and I asked about the lack of communication from herself and the company, no one had called me to asses the damages, she told me she doesn't know what's going on, they are still investigating. On the 21st of October I called again and asked, I still got the same lousy response. Mr Mthethwa and I then went to her place of work hoping for a more appropriate response but we're handed attitude and uncooperative responses by Zama Mbongwa, I asked for her superiors name and number as she kept stating that she hasn't a cooking clue what's going on, Zama gave us a **** name and refused to give us the number stating she will be the middle man and relay out messages to and from the manager. Mr Mthethwa took it upon himself to obtain the managers number Mr Elvis Beckham and called him on the 26th of October , Elvis acknowledged the accident and said he would get back to him. To this day he hasnt, no one at Netcare have made contact with us regarding fixing the car, or even assessing the damages. Im failing to understand which one sided "investigation" are they running as I haven't been contacted by them after thier personnel rammed me and son in the back as I was Stationary. I am appalled by the way they chose to handle the matter. This whole debacle is looking like a hit and run and I won't stand for it nor will I accept it!! These actions have completely changed my high regard for Netcare and won't be using their services In the future! Netcare 911 better take full responsibility for their actions before this leads to litigation!!
