Hats off to Netcare 911!

Annalie Strauss, my wife, is a Discovery Medical Aid member and Discovery is contracted to Netcare 911 for emergency care. On Wednesday August 4th 2021 Annalie injured her foot and she contacted the rooms of Dr Tessa Preller (her GP) in Montana Park in the north of Pretoria to request Netcare 911 to visit her urgently at home. According to Annalie Netcare 911 arrived at home in record time but what impressed her the most was the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to patient care of: Keneilwe Mahlangu and Kraka Lutho. Although my wife was in pain the Netcare 911 team did an amazing job by easing the pain in her foot and applying dressing in the same manner as any general practitioner would do. Hats off to Keneilwe and Kraka!! And to Netcare 911!! It is this type of service that confirms yet again that our paramedics are rated amongst the best in the world.
