Handed over to Lawyers without proper billing proc

Good Day.<br> <br> I had an accident with a grinder and cut my forehead open. i went to Vaalpark Netcare hospital for treatment believing that my Discovery medical fund would cover the costs. I saw on my Discovery statement an Amount of R800 was claimed from the clinic and was not paid by them.<br> <br> 2 monts after the incident ai received a bill from the DR for amount of R1700 which i never even saw him claim from discovery, in the same week i received a Lawyers letter and they are adding ridiculous interrest. <br> When i received the letter they were charging R2700, in the week i was talking to them it went to R2888, Are they and the DR running a cash loan using his service as a base<br> <br> I am not sure if the Dr claimed approvt rates, he was in the Facility when i got there, and secondly he only worked on me for about 30 Min.<br> <br> i would have liked to attach the dr and lawyers billing for your information but i don`t see place. I spoke to a Raudette van Aswegen at Tel: ***/4 (Combrink and Associates) and this is my ref UQ0008. Apparantly i may not talk to the DR and Netcare could not provide me with the rates a DR may charge as yet.I think this is exploiting the medical aids and people li
