Handed over to debt collectors

It seems Netcare's accounting division is a big problem, lots of people complaining about being handed over to debt collectors.

Netcare please send us an invoice, we've always paid our accounts if we either receive a statement or invoice if the medical aid is depleted.

Getting an email from person from alefbet.co.za / ssda.co.za only let us believe that ****mers are trying their luck.

Had to do my research who these folks were and came across their websites and then I came across others complaining about being handed over to debt collectors before the medical aid could even make the payments.

Currently Glenda from alefbet.co.za is emailing my wife saying we have to pay Netcare, but there was no communications from an official Netcare email address i.e. *** with an invoice or statement.

Will only pay if it's from an official Netcare email address, won't even bat an eyelid for any debt collectors.

Get your accounting department in order and get them to do their jobs. I want an invoice!
