Handed over to debt collecters before medical aid could pay

Please note you handed over my mother's account before medical aid could even pay you. The payment by medical was paid today, 3rd of June 2024. We had debt collectors phoning on your behalf today demanding money that was submitted to medical aid. You did not even try to contact us from your offices directly to check what is going on with the payment/medical aid

I think this was totally uncalled for, please get your customer service right. This account for a hospital visit is not even 30 days old
