Greenacres Hospital worse than government!

I would just like to advise on the DISGUSTING AND **** experience I had with Netcare. My son had third degree burns on 15 September 2019. It took long for a doctor to see to him and when they did see to him they asked if they could use the bed for another patient who needed it. Fine by me even though this is a private hospital but anyway. Account was settled in full and paid off over 6 months. Then 2 months ago (18 months later) you guys send me ANOTHER ACCOUNT? First of all it's ******* to send an account to a provider or patient that's older than 90 days as it's considered a stale claim. Secondly don't bull**** me please you guys need money and now you're looking who you serviced to get money. As far as I'm concerned my account is paid up. Sort your house out! Your mails are annoying and your staff even more ***********!!
