Grace gave me bad service at Casuality on 03/11/15

On the 03 November 2015 I bring the child at casual at Krugersdorp netcare hospital, and they send me to X-ray after X-ray they say I must go back to sit at the bed where they put sick people, and to my surprise Grace came and shouted her colleague saying why they put me in that bed and I was supposed to sit at the chair, I was very angry and crossed, if she called her colleague in private and ask why I was put there, it is not my problem that I was put in that bed and I don't know how they work, but about customer service I know, and shouting in front of me as a patient it shows that she don't know what she is doing, where are the 6 key priorities in her ,NO 1 of 6 KEY PRIORITIES, SAYS POSITIVE &amp
