Government hospital would have provided a much better service for free!

On the 3rd of July 2017, my son was admitted and treated at Netcare Krugersdorp casualty unit. We came in around 14:30 and everything was fine when we started. After the triangle process we were ask to go inside to continue with our consultation. The Dr on duty attended to us immediately and referred us for X rays, from that time that's when the service deteriorated. We waited for a very long time for someone to action what the Dr has requested, I had to go ask around finding out why is there so much delays. The Sister by the name of Sister Ross came to assist and arranged for someone from xray department to fetch us, we went and did the xray, came back to casualty waited for about 1:30 for the report with no update from anyone, no one bothered to know what we were waiting for. I had to go again and ask for assistance only to be told that my xrays report didn't come through, one of the nurses called the radiology to request for the report, the xray lady then brought the report, when I asked her why it was not included with the scans, she told me that they only do it on Dr request, of which I believe it's ridiculous! so this means that if I didn't take it upon myself to find out why the xrays results were delaying I would be still waiting even now! As if that was not enough! The Dr then gave me the xray results she advised that they are not showing anything she then requested for blood tests, pathology came and drew blood waited for for more than 2 hours with no UPDATE FROM ANYONE, NO ONE CARES TO KNOW WHAT WE WERE WAITING FOR! My baby at that time was very restless couldn't control him anymore, I then decided to go home. I have never in my life experienced such a shocking disgusting service from a private hospital, I I'm certain that a government hospital could have done a better job....to think that we pay lots of monies to the medical aids for convenience....NOT FOR THE TREATMENT....but for efficiency and proper service but you guys are not even close to that.....I left the facility without knowing what is wrong with my son, so I'm very keen to see the diagnosis that you are going to put on your invoices. As for the blood tests, I'm not expecting to see any invoices from them because I didn't get any assistance from them.
