I would like to take the time to thank the Netcare admin staff Mathapelo Tsiu (debtors customer care admin) for her exceptional service after struggling for months with an account Grace Tryphinah Dhlamini (Debtors Controller) could not passing the bug the whole time and not taking initiative. Mathapelo received my query the 29/10/20 and was solved on the 02/11/20. great service! another thank you and gratitude goes to Thynikho (tiny), Lucky, Lucas, Banyana, Margret, Zama and whole of ward 17 parklane netcare wound specialists and nurses for your exceptional service. i was really looked after and treated like a queen. BIG UPS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! if it was not for you guys i would not have recovered that fast MWAAA! the rest like Grace can take some tips from you guys!
