I took my 5 year old to the emergency after a fall off the jungle gym after being referred by a Gp for urgent medical attention. It took 2 hrs for a doctor to look at her who didn't seem to either register or believe symptoms I described to him about her condition. I had to ask for my child to be given pain medication as she fell on her head. Doctors there just don't give a damn nor the nurses nor the staff...With exception of the radiology department. A dr cannot joke about a child falling with the parent that is both insensitive and unprofessional especially when you say nothing about her condition. Never again am I setting foot in your casualty unless I have a death wish<br> Worst medical experience of my life I might as well have gone to a government hospital
