General icu

<p>I went to netcare Olivedale in gicu ward today to visit my cousin, to my surprise i saw what seemed to be the unit manager of gicu (not sure) screaming at someone on the phone. I have never in my entire life came across someone who is a public figure that is so rude i wonder what the other person thinks of olivedale. i then asked one of the nurses what it was about and to my surprise it was all about a pressure relieving mattress thats giving them problems and you could hear from the rude ladiy's response that the lady on the phone was trying to explain how to work the mattress or offered to send a driver to show them but she blatantly told her that olivedale will take their business elsewhere. I really feel she could have handled it in a polite manner not shout across the corridors like a hooligan</p>
