Garden City - Worst Hospital Ever

I am so unhappy with Netcare Garden City service. My mom has been in dire Pain for the past week and we were referred to their casualty to receive treatment. They are taking her from pillar to post. They won't even help her get Authorization specialist referral. The staff from the security, screening staff to the ones inside are all extremely rude and not helpful. Why is it a Private Institute and treating us so badly! I have never in my life seen such! This hospital is just not right!
