Garden City NICU Neonatal Ward

I visited Garden city hospital in February 2025 having minor pains,little did I know I was in labour. Maternity staff was so welcoming and helpful.

Sister Sandra midwife I explained the process to me since I was giving birth to a premature baby.Dr Vilakazi who was a peadtrician on duty also came along and explained the prons and cons about having preterm premature.

After giving birth my baby was taken to NICU.She stayed there for 3 months and couple of weeks, being taken care of by the best nurses and doctors. During my baby stay I noticed and learnt a lot from the NICU staff from the cleaners all the way to the Doctors. The place is always clean, I loved the unity/team work amongst everyone there, most of all their value of maintaining Ubuntu,they greet everyone, check up on everyone which made my stay easy though the journey wasn't an easy one but they managed to help me to stay calm during the ups and downs and trusting them.

There are a blessing to all momies and more especially to the babies they care take off. Thank you for the grand exit on our discharge day.

Garden City NICU staff is the best I tell you.
