Garden city netcare is just about the money

My sister had gone to garden city hospital on Tuesday 18 February 2020 because she was not feeling well and went to there casualty department where she had to stay the whole day and was told that she could not be admitted at the hospital because the medical aid had not given her authorization they required her to pay R 8500 cash who walks around with that kind of money? We offerd to make paymet via credit card that was declined because they need the cash again we asked if we could do EFT payment was advised that they could not take that . We had to her home until the Garden city get the authorization they just don't care about the patient all the could think about was the medical aid or the cash what happen to the Netcare way? where is that principal? we took her home while waiting for the medical aid and the Doctor to get back with the authorization but she just got worst then what she was when she was taken in. took her back on the 20 February 2020 she was kept at causality from 16:30 up until 21:15 after we had to go trough the same thing as per the Tuesday.Someone will die at garden city because of there protocol that is money.
