garden city netcare hospital

i am very disappointed with the level of service at this private hospital. my mother as been transferred from Mulbarton netcare hospital to this garden city netcare hospital on Sunday evening , so she has been there since then and this morning when my father went to the hospital to check my mother he found her laying there messed in her diaper and hasnt been attend to by any night shift staff in that ward 9. on his arrival he then attend to her himself and only then did he nurse want to attend to her after seeing him doing it himself. this simply means that no patient is important at this hospital that as patients family member has to do the job that the nurses are suppose to. this is the first time ive ever seen this happen at this hospital, that nurses who are suppose to love there jobs and treat patients with most dignity and respect can actually treat patients this way. the staff at the ward need to pull up there socks and start treating there patients better. its disappointing that a private hospital actually has such bad service, if my father didnt go pass there this morning before work she would have laid mess in her diaper there until her career came in at 7:30. im very disappointed.
