Garden city hospital terrible shocking service

Garden city hospital terrible service I was admitted second week of December at the hospital and I must say I am ashamed of the service I received as horrible it was I am shocked by the low standard that it is a private netcare hospital I was surprise on how can it be that you get almost 7 nurses during the day and two at night and when I thought that was worse, one night it was ridiculous to see one nurse on duty to handle the whole ward by himself Now the shocking part was not even having the sheet changed at all for 4 days and I thought perhaps they will but nothing, I had to wait and wait till I had to ask 3 times for the sheets to be changed yet no1 was willing till I sat on the chair as a demonstration in need for the sheets to be changed What was even worse was my cellphone got ****** at the hospital not even around visiting hours, It was around to 5 and I decided to go take a bath after one nurse injected medicine in my drip, there were nurses around my bed about 3 and I took my phone put it in a cloth and wrapped it with the hospital blankets, I didn’t take long for my bath just 10 min and when I came back my phone was gone For a moment there no nurse wanted to talk to me as I asked and one nurse was so helpful and even called a security saying he can look at the cameras but surprise surprise the security told me there is nothing he could do but made me fill a statement form as part of the process to cover his job I still kept asking about my phone and to all the nurse I could recognise who came to the ward, all I got was faces without words and stories that people can come in and ***** phones but what I didn’t understand was how can one come in at the time all nurses are in the ward and decide to go through the bed, know where I put the phone and ***** it

I am very disappointed at the service and I cannot believe how terrible the hospital is
