Friendly and efficient staff

I had an appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon Dr Volkersz yesterday and had to get some scans taken afterwards. From the word go I was duly impressed by the friendly staff - from security, main reception up to the doctor himself (his reception included).<br> <br> Radiology staff (including radiology admin and the gentleman manning the lockers) were exceptional - Terry from radiology went out of her way to inform me of how long I'd have to be there, constantly updating me of where I was in the queue and eventually going out of her way to get the go ahead afterwards from the radiologist in order for me to leave (I had a far way to travel) - even though she was about to end her shift.<br> <br> All round a very pleasant experience as far as hospitals go, please keep up the excellent work!<br> <br> Rachael Nezar
