My ex-wife took my son to Alberlito Hospital on the 16th Oct 2018 without my knowledge. She used my details and signed all the documents. The hospital accepted these ***** documents. The hospital did not get any permission from me nor did I sign any documents. Now this Deirdre Hardy from accounts is sending me notices for payment. I have informed her that I am not liable for this payment as I did not sign nor did I give the hospital to go ahead. This hospital is doing procedures under ********** documents.
