***** and Negligence

Reason for complain

· Dr Louis Botha (private doctor) referred me to Dr Kavin Bruce for an abscess drain on the 10th of November 2018. Under anesthesia the staff made me fell and bumped my head in theater and did not tell me as soon as I got conscious. They only told me the following day when I question what happen to my bruised eyes.

· On the 14th of November when I went in for a Scan to check If there were no internal injury from the fall, Dr Kavin wrongly diagnosed me with abdominal pain.

· I was billed by the Hospital for a CTScan without my concern after Dr Kavin confirms that hospital will cover the Scan cost, since it was Hospital Negligence.
