Fly landed on me inside the operating theatre

To whom it may concern

I went to garden city hospital for an operation on my nose.

Upon arriving in the operating theatre I was greeted by a fly that landed on me. I know that it is not easy to keep all insects out of the hospital but the operating theatre which should be sterile and clean to avoid infections and disease should definitely not have insects or flys in it.
