FLABBERGASTING SERVICE!

My father was rushed to this hospital's emergency room on Friday evening (29 June 2018) by paramedics after being discharged that very morning by the useless Dr Mbala reason being he needed to rest as was merely "stressed"! He was attended to by the hopeless emergency room Dr Raphasha who refused to admit him into ICU even after explaining that he was in excruciating pain, this was also very evident as dad could hardly lie still on the bed. The nurses placed him in a ward without any pain medication and only advised that Dr Mbala would see him the next morning. We then overhead the nurses and Dr Raphasha mentioning that incorrect medication was previously prescribed to him but when i asked the nurse under his watch out of obvious concern, she was so defensive and went on about how my father messed his bed the previous night in full view of everyone.. how insensitive and rude! My brother actually recorded this atrocity. My father was apparently left the whole night without any attention or pain medication but just a water drip! He begged them to call a doctor, an ambulence to go to a different hospital or call my mother or even myself but the nurses dismissed this plea by saying neither of us were answering, what a ton of *******! They even refused to charge his cell phone . My mother arrived at the hospital the next morning, to her dismay my dad was in the same pain and the pathetic Dr Mbala had still not attended to him. She asked for discharge paperwork and Dr Mbala telephonically released him, clearly no care in the world, unbelievable!! Mom rushed him to Life Groenkloof and the emergency room Dr there promply attended to him mentioning the severity of his health by simply taking one look and even mentioned that Bougainville Hospital was known for this type of negligence! My father was immediately admitted to ICU due to the lack of Sodium and Potassium, a life threatening situation found in the very same lab results initiated by and communicated to Bougainville Hospital. His medical history even proved that this condition dates back to 2016 and they actually loaded his electrolites a while back but no, his blood results were normal this time around, he was simply "stressed" according to Dr Mbala. Were they simply waiting for him to die!!!!! As we speak, my father is thankfully under critical observation by the helpful team at Life Groenkloof. Someone must be held accountable for this and I will not rest until the Health Ombud investigates this hospital, its clueless doctors and careless nurses!!! Where did these so called medical professionals buy their qualifications??!!
