First account after 18 MONTHS!!!

Someone at Netcare is not doing their job! 18 Months after a casualty visit I am surprised with an outstanding account. In 18 months no one tried to contact me regarding this. Secondly - this account was paid by my husband two weeks after my visit. We have moved twice and are since divorced - now I need to submit proof of payment. That is utterly absurd! Firstly, why after only 18 months do they realise my account is outstanding and secondly, why did they not allocate the payment that was made 18 months ago! I am not expecting a response since everyone there is so useless. Just avoid making use of Netcare in general to avoid nonsense like this.
