False claim from Netcare Mulbarton hospital

On the 24 of June my daughter was admitted at Netcare Mulbarton Hospital for a burn and she was treated by Dr Victor Marlith. Who had to be reminded time and again to come and check up on my daughter throughout her admission days. To cut the long story short my daughter was discharged and had an appointment for a check up. We then went for the check up only to find out the the doctor was never there for the appointment, we left and to my surprise l saw a claim made by him for the day that he did not even pitch for or let alone even see or open my daughter wound. I rejected the claim and now the account has been handed over, what kind of service is the *****sters that hide behind being doctors. I have called Mulbarton hospital and every time and transferred from this person to that person and my issue is not resolved and creditors are busy blowing up my phone and disturbing my peace for a debt that l do not owe.
