Extremely poor service and no urgency at all im Emergency Room

This is a private hospital by name, the service and care is NOT private. The emergency room has no sense of emergency. We came in around 4pm and left around 11pm. Their system if rating patients is ridicilous. I was marked yellow but I felt I Ndededzo URGENT care yet I waited for hours to be seen. A kids was rated Yellow and was vomitting right infront of staff but yet still not seen because him and his mom needed to wait their turn. It's absurd and disgusting how slow they are there. The stuff talked bad about the new technology. No one gives updates. Beds are empty and when u ask, "its very busy inside" where as patients are unattended. If they should have 2 doctors then why not? I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN.
