EXTREMELY LONG WAIT FOR REFUND AND NO RESPONSE FROM HOSPITAL

Net care Parklane - Shame on you - From my daughter having an allergic reaction to medication and breaking out in hives and having her chest close up so she couldn't breathe and been told at 4 in the morning she had "caught a cold" in the theatre and freaking out until she finally got medication to stop the allergic reaction - after nearly losing consciousness - to now 6 weeks later constantly calling and begging for the refund of the R5000 deposit they insisted on even though we are on the best Medical aid plan there is - to them over charging our medical aid on private room charges, You cannot get hold of them telephonically - I have spent hours trying to reach them - they tell you about high call volumes - I am sure - no one can afford in todays' times to wait 6 weeks after you have been fully paid by Medical Aid to bother to refund the patient. Absolutely shocking. I would think twice about going back to Parklane clinic. So they hold onto everyones' refunds for weeks at a time - this is a lot of interest in the bank maybe that's why they do it - would love to know.
