Extremely bad service at Waterfall Hospital netcare

Netcare Waterfall has a extremely bad customer service. The nurse asked me why i couldn’t remember signing a consent form even though i explained that i got through emergency and was given medication upon admission. The nurse was so rude to me until the manager intervened. Why do Waterfall Netcare keep such nurse who have an attitude towards patients! This happened after i had to tolerate waiting for the room for a long time. The trauma i went through in that hospital! I would not wish it for anyone.
