Extremely bad service and neglect
<p>My daughters both went to netcare sunninghill for EEG'S and MRI, they are 5 and 2. They were placed in an adult ward and forgotten there was no nursing care we were forgotten. When I asked for a bed pan for them they gave them adult bed pans and said they won't go and fetch the paed ward pans as it is not their duty. They never checked in with us. The management apologised for the inconvenience and said they are going to write the account off. Today I get a lawyer firm telling me I owe money. Wow netcare what horrible service you have</p>
