Extremely bad service

We have been sitting their for about 2 hours before assessment was even done still no file was opened yet the other couple that was their before us was waiting from 4 to 8 and they left without being helped , 2 other people also got up and left after waiting for so long! Kept on saying the rooms are full but in the time we have been thier one patient came out !<br> <br> I know serious illness or injuries are more important but this is just not hoe it works!<br> <br> NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIEF and this from a hospital!! <br> <br> BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DOCTOR you have to pay R1500 and the best is thier is only one doctor for the emergency unit .l that is at a holiday destination is just useles!!! We just left now!!! Never in my life I would rather die or take my husband to a state hospital he has a better chance thier of getting help. Much faster then this place!!!
