Extremely bad emergency services

I have had the worst experience with this hospital!!! My 10 year old son cut his hand very deep Sunday 19 Feb 2022 so we took him to BBH state hospital where we sat for 3 and a half hours, we eventually decided to use our credit card to go to sunward park hospital where i asked if theres any payment plan, the lady at reception said no, and if the dont pay the 2400 in full they will show us away and can't help us. There we waited outside on the bench from 22:00 until 01:30 in the morning where my son fell asleep with a ******, bleeding hand, in pain and stressed out of his mind since its his first time getting stitches... When i started complaining and saying that i wont leave the matter there and that i will post it on hellopeter, is was the quickest that they started helping my son... They opened numerous packets of gauze and all sorts of other medical equipment that i was charged for, bot only a few pieces of gauze was used in the process... They never gave me the left over of the other how many packets, just laying there like money in the bin... Today 23 Feb somehow they deducted another amount out of my husbands other banking account... How i dont know since i didn't give them any of our banking details!!! I could've stayed at BBH state hospital with the ****** service we received. I can't believe they would leave a bleeding child with the trauma for how many hours and to fall asleep in such pain! What a "great" emergency department ... mxm
