Extraordinary high account. Netcare

I was admitted 6 September 2022 with symptoms of an acute gallbladder or infection. The x-rays and sonars were done and the surgeon Dr Boitumelo Nkgudi came to me that evening to say my gallbladder needs to be removed. It was done on the 7 September 2022 with a endoscopy and colonoscopy. But the meds to clean out my stomach didn't work properly. He couldn't see anything. He said he wants to do the colonoscopy on the 8 September again. I told the doctor that I will have trouble with the medical aid and he said we'll do it at 13 o'clock and by then we should know if the medical aid approved it. The hospital staff normally comes and tells you if something was rejected. But nobody came to me. Now today I got an email from Netcare with the account. They charging R 52433.28. My medical aid (Bestmed) only paid R 17488.30. They're expecting me to pay. R 34944.98. I don't have the money to pay that bill. Don't they charge scheme rates? This was at Netcare Vaalpark.
