Exceptional Service Delivery

I had been admitted a few weeks back to have a laparoscopy done and the service from the time i entered, to the receptionist, nurses and theatre staff had been absolutely incredible! I was in a ward where an elderly lady was and saw how patient and caring the nurses were at WARD 7. I have been admitted to this hospital more than 2 occasions and can honestly and proudly say they deserve a 10/10 for their service delivery. The entire team stand out!!!
