Exceptional service

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to express my utmost appreciation to your staff in Ward 4 for their amazing service. I have visited your hospital twice in the past two weeks for operations.</p> <p>My experience at your emergency centre was not up to this standard. I spent two hours in very extreme pain just to see a doctor as I could not see my specialist on the public holiday. I finally decided to leave an return the next day. It was here that I was admitted to hospital and had to receive surgery again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't, however, want to complain about your emergency centre, but rather commend the women working in Ward 4 at your hospital. They went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure that I was in the in the least amount of pain at all times. They were extremely compassionate and professional at all times and I can not thank them enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>These exceptional ladies treated me the same way my mom would have if she had taken care of me at home. This made my time at your hospital extremely comfortable. I can unfortunately not remember all of their names, but please carry over my utmost gratitude to these great women. You are very privileged to have such a great group of caring people there.</p>
