<p>I want to thank nurse Vanessa Firmin from Netcare St Augustines hospital for the amazing care she had shown me during me stay there over the last week. Her compassion and bedside manner was amazing. We really need more nurses like her in this country. She knew exactly how to put my mind at ease and make me feel comfortable before my procedure.</p>
