Excellent service from Tereza Scott at Netcare Park Lane

A big thank you to Tereza Scott for all her help with collating my daughter's medical record. She was so helpful; assisted me by emailing forms i had to fill in as well as helping me fill in the form correctly. She constantly kept me updated about everything and worked around the clock to ensure that the file is ready for collection.
