Empty promises

I gave birth on the 11th of October 2022 at Netcare Garden City. I had to receive the baby bag and the nappy bin, I only received nappy bag. We were told that they don't have bags and that we must keep on phoning. Every time you phone they don't have. Are we ever gonna get those bags or we must stop wasting our airtime by phoning
