Employee's prey on helpless patients at Linmed Hospital

On the evening of the 13th of July, While my Mother in Law was in the ICU ward, her phoned disappeared. During COVID, no one is allowed to visit or even speak to patients via the phone of the hospital. The only means of communication is through an essential cell phone. My Mother in Law passed on the 15th. The only means of communication was ****** between her and loved ones. Forever. How few employees are on duty during in an ICU ward? Who was on duty for that evening? 3, 4 or 5 'professionally' trained nurses? One cleaner perhaps?

We have not heard anything from Netcare Linmed regarding this issue. We phoned and tried to speak to management. Left messages. We have also posted it on Facebook - Lindmed's home page. No reply.
