Emergency ward

I am so disappointed in Sunward Park Hospital, more especially their emergency ward. I have been waiting for 5hours for my new born to see the doctor and all we get told is that they are busy...I paid R2190 for an ‘urgent’ condition...where is the urgency in 5hours? Mind you I’m still counting down the hours...I’m very disappointed in such service, really did not expect it from Sunward Park hospital...
