Dr T Mbuyane is killing my mom and milking the medical aid dry in the process

wish google had a negative rating as this is what this so called doctor deserves. My mom went in for a small op on her leg on the 10th of May 2023, not sure how this surgeon was allocated to my mom but he operated on her spine without any consent from my mom or us. To date she is still in hospital and this guy is nowhere to be found. We call we make appointments we can't get a single response from him. To make matters worse they the netcare hospital staff can't even tell us what my mom is being treated for. He is the worst "doctor" to ever grace the medical fraternity.
