Dr shouting at me

My daughter hurt her wrist on Friday 20th November, after falling at school, I took her in to the emergency unit and because of the swelling she got her first back slab due to the fact that the swelling was too much and ordered to come back on the Monday 23rd November to receive a proper cast. A different doctor on duty on the 23rd said that it is a very small crack and that a 2 week back slab (new one now) will be sufficient and only needed for two weeks. I was ordered to go back on 6th December for Xrays and to check that all is fine. So today the 6th we went back all happy because she has no more pain and all fine, I allowed her to take the back slab off for longer periods and the ONCE AGAIN new doctor on duty nearly had a fit, he did not listen to what I said - I am not sure all was even recorded in her file - he just stormed out and shouted over his shoulder at me. Then he returned and when I started to explain why we believed the back slab was supposed to be off (as told by the previous doctor) he shouted even more and made me feel very bad and as if I was an irresponsible mother. We are now orfered to wear the back slab another 2 weeks . Bad service!
