Dr not doing her job

My mum was taken to Netcare Union Hospital in an emergency. Dr Portia Moabelo attended to her was very rude saying that she is the only Doctor working and there is no one on call, i work in the hospital industry and this is not the way to deal with patients, she did not make any attempt to look for a sepcialist to transfer the patient, just sent her home. Called to speak to the Sr. in charge they took a message and never called me back.
