Dr Narishmulu dont care about patience ( Kuils River Nephrologist)

I saw Dr Narishmulu in july this year for the first time. Then again the 18th September. Since then Ive noticed she has this " dont care" attitude towards me.

I saw her on the 24th October. I asked her to please explain in depth to my employer what is happening and way forward. Her motivation was so vague that my hr told me she needs to redo it because if they give in that I would get unpaid leave.

A week after that I dropped papers by her and ask her secretary to please make sure she fills it in within 5 days as Im going to get unpaid leave. To which the secretary told me that that it would be done by the following Monday.

I phoned the Monday it was still not done. The Tuesday I went till there and it was still not filled in. When I asked the secretary whats going on I was told it takes 2 weeks to fill in papers and doctor is very busy and works alphebetically. So my surname is Vermeulen which was then telling me that my things would be done last.

At this stage doctor enters, walks straight past me without greeting, or looking at me. How does she treat patients with such an attitude.

Since July she put me on medication. Its November and my funds are depleated. I asked the secretory to please ask doctor to make my things chronic by the medical aid. As im running out and dont have the cash to buy it. As its more than R200. Phoned the medical aid earlier. And nothing has been made chronic. So does that mean I should just leave the medication? Or is that how she treats everyone? If thats the case I dont think she is in the right profession.

I took blood tests the 24th October. Been billed for it but dont even have a follow up appointment as she said she would contact me as soon as they out.

She has a No Care attitude and I dont think its fair towards me. As her secretory told me she has more than 40 patients. Right enough. But just like that 40 patients are paying her so am I.
