Dr Johnson & Partners ER doctors at Kuilsriver Netcare Hospital worst service ever and unprofessional!

Dr Johnson & Partners ER doctors at Netcare Kuilsriver is terrible!

My son was admitted due to a tummy bug and was severely dehydrated. We rushed to the ER where the doctor came to see him and told us that they are going to be putting him on a drip for fluids and that he will need to be admitted.

We waited in the ER room where my son was seen by the doctor until they got approval from the pediatric ward for an available bed and got taken through immediately.

My son was released after 3 days of staying on a drip and we received a bill from Dr Johnson & Partners ER trauma unit stating that we need to pay for the GP consultation.

I contacted the receptionist/accountant and asked her to change the codes in order for the medical aid cover the costs. The lady just refused and said that this is how they charge it and that they do not make use of any other codes. I told her that the code that needs to be used is for admission instead of the GP consultation as it needs to be covered from the hospital costs, but she refused. I spoke to her on the phone as well as she was so rude and raised her voice at me and basically ended the call in my ear. Our broker also spoke to her and asked to speak to the doctor directly where this lady make another scene and was very unprofessional and rude.

I will definitely never be going back to Netcare Kuisriver if this is how the ER trauma doctors treat their patients!!
