Dr Esihle Nomlomo Inc - disgusting accounting system

Netcare Diagnostics - Dr Esihle Nomlomo Inc Who on earth manages that accounting system?!?!?! Whoever it is, has no idea what they are doing. I went for four visits in November / December. The bills I have received far outweigh the visits, and they are always for the same amount, and they are sent just about everyday for the past two months - to say it's confusing is an understatement. I have made payment after payment after payment, then they handed me over to some credit lawyer bureau thing for non payment?!?!?!? what the hell??? I actually over paid by R50, but no word on receiving that back. Then, magically, my husband gets a mountain of statements UNPAID yesterday for all the same damn amounts!!!! It's always for R692.90 and R1958.70. Im not paying one cent further until this mess is sorted out, I have paid thousands and everyday they still demand more with confusing invioices and statements. I will never return to this hospital again based on this experience.
