Dr Carstens De Jager

I received a statement from Du Plessis & Partners Attorneys stating I had an unpaid account of R288.92 (Medical aid does not pay R100 administration fee the rest is interest charged by lawyers) with reference BUR ********** 53. Since I was not notified of this fee from your admin department I settled the R110 outstanding, but I find highly unfair to be penalized for Netcare & DR CARSTENS AND DE JAGER INC. *********** administration team. The thing is Netcare sent me an sms that i must pay which i did then why cant DR CARSTENS AND DE JAGER INC. also do the same thing than handing it over to attorneys without making sure that I dont wanna pay the amount? Not only were my invoices sent to me after the due date of the account they were being emailed to the wrong email address. Going over some of these reviews I see that I am not the only one this has happened to I guess this is just Dr Carstens way of making extra money, seems like he does this to all his patients! Safe to say I will never be using his services again, and word will go around eventually and everyone will know what a **** he is!
