Don’t go to Netcare Waterfall City Hospital

Netcare Waterfall City Hospital go to that place at your own risk!!! The doctors and the nurses are very bad & very rude and slow.A lady doctor named Doctor Du plessis left the patient in the room unattended and she was non chalant about it,she later refused to treat the patient and left and went home leaving another doctor to take over .the patient was bleeding out and this doctor du plessis didn’t attend to the patient until he passed out .The nurses and doctors in the ER they just stand in the corridors chatting and laughing and they don’t even bother to check patients if they are in pain or what’s going on with them .The service at this place is very shocking ,one of the nurses left the patient without cleaning him until the blood dried on the skin and she said she couldn’t clean it because the blood was dry.The worst experience I’ve ever seen in my life.terrible experience,terrible team,worst medical experience and worst service ever.

If you can please stay away from this place especially if it’s a matter of life and death !
