Don’t go to Lakeview hospital ***********

I write this email with anger and resentment of the way I was treated at that stupid hospital , or should i call it a circus. My Dr that was doing the procedure was Dr Molefe gynaecologist. When to theatre at 11:15 came out 11:45 if I’m not mistaken, was taken to the ward put on a drip for pain. The drip was not working for almost an hour no one came to check, up until I rang the bell for someone to come and check on it . What makes me frustrated is that I got discharged , went to the chemist to pick up my medication. I get home I realised that there is something inside my private part , tried to pull it , but felt uncomfortable and a bit of pain , took a mirror to look upon my surprise it a goze( not sure of the spelling) Called the hospital was told need to come back WITH WHOSE PETROL, AM I FLYING THERE. I had to drive back because someone was *********** in doing their job. If I recall I am going to pay , not sure for what ,stupid reckless service of which was offered to me. Can all the nurses that attended to me or whoever that was suppose to take the goze out take responsibility for their actions. I am still going to take this further . I will complain to all the relevant platforms.
