DONT GO TO CASUALTY
My husband was not feeling well and I took him to Linksfield Casualty the other night. We walked in just after 8:15 and reception only opened a file at 9:45. I understand emergencies take preference, however when you have one person working on a busy night. Totally uncalled for. Secondly, why could the nurse sitting at the reception area not help on a busy night and open up files as well. When my husband was called in, the sister who called him, was chewing on a straw. When she attended to him, she was still chewing on the straw. I am not one to complain, however, Linksfield Casualty Night Staff need to have a bit of a wake up call.
