Don't use Netcare Sunninghill casualty

I did a silly thing, I rode a hover board and fell off. I went through the to Sunninghill hospital casualty. Sunninghill casualty use to be the place to go in an emergency, now I would not touch it with a 10 foot pole. One doctor on duty on a Saturday night. I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. Then X-ray and back to casualty. The doctor said no break just a sprain. Great problem solved. No not so fast. <br> <br> Monday I get a phone call to be told by some miracle they think I might have a hairline fracture. I must come back for a follow up to get a Cat scan. What the casualty doctor is not good enough, they have another doctor review the Saturday files. The other possibilities are a doctor reviewing file to get some work or an honest mistake. <br> <br> I drop everything and go back to casualty. Fill out the forms again and wait some more. An hour later I am still waiting.<br> <br> I ask to speak to the hospital administrator to complain, yes you guessed it, he was gone for the day, just after 5 pm. They sent Alfred, yes he didn't arrive. <br> <br> Time to go and find another casualty, best you also think twice about using Sunninghill casualty. I promise, it is not what it use to be.
