Doctors of Unitas have no care
the doctors of unitas are asking a poor general worker that was injured on duty R950 to complete a police J88 form this is the worse I have ever come across they have no compensation and this is *******. now you have to pay for a government form to be completed after you have been paid for your consultation. this is a very very bad hospital they making money and they don't even care from the best hospital to the worse
